Consume more food during breakfast than dinner.
Eating a bigger breakfast is more advantageous for those who are into weight loss. Apart from staying full for long hours, the metabolic process breaks down the food in a more regular state. Unlike eating heavy dinner meals, metabolism flows at a slower pace especially during sleeping time. When the body is at rest, fats are stored into the body resulting to additional weight gain. As a rule of thumb, always have the largest portion of food during breakfast and gradually reduce its amount until the day ends.
Tie a ribbon on your waist.
Women who are conscious about their waist must try this trick. If you are off for a dinner, it would be helpful to wear a ribbon round the waist right underneath the clothes.
